Nickel and nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloys are metal structural materials used in chemical, petroleum, non-ferrous metal smelting, aerospace and atomic energy industries, which can withstand high temperature and high pressure, and can be used in a variety of harsh corrosion environments.

Nickel based alloys with excellent corrosion resistance can be obtained by adding Cr, Mo, Cu and W elements into nickel. Such as NiCu alloy (Meng Naier), NiCrFe alloy (Inconel and Yinca Loi), NiCrMo alloy and so on.

Nickel clad stainless steel composite plate is a new type of metal structure material which is composed of nickel and stainless steel to give full play to their chemical characteristics. The nickel side of the equipment made of this composite material can deal with the corrosion of one medium and the stainless steel side can deal with the corrosion of another medium.

Nickel clad stainless steel composite plate, the base is stainless steel plate, in order to ensure the strength at the same time also has a certain degree of corrosion resistance. The cladding is pure nickel with good corrosion resistance and high corrosion resistance in organic acids and other strong media.
