Nickel and titanium have good corrosion resistance in many corresponding media, and they are rare structural materials for manufacturing chemical and pressure vessel equipment. But considering the price and cost, it is advantageous to use composite materials with their coatings, such as Nickel-steel and titanium-steel composite plates. If there are two different corrosive media in the equipment and nickel and titanium are needed, then it is logical to use nickel clad titanium composite plate.

Because of the higher nickel shape than titanium, the thinning and thinning rates of nickel are larger than those of titanium. The thickness ratio also changed considerably. Nickel clad titanium bimetal clad plate can be hot-rolled and cold-rolled to obtain nickel titanium clad sheet after various quality indexes reach the predetermined target after explosion.
