Bimetallic wear plates
Special point: good wear resistance, etc

Application: metallurgical industry, etc

Process: used for processing various wearing parts and lining plates

Base metal base plate can be made of the following steel plate materials:

- carbon structural steel plate and low alloy structural steel plate;

-- heat resistant low alloy structural steel plate;

-- heat resistant stainless steel plate.

The alloy layer (3mm-15mm thick) formed by the welding of the wear-resistant layer (overlay) plays a role of wear resistance.

Characteristic of bimetallic wear plates
Excellent machinability (various wear-resistant parts can be manufactured by cutting, bending and welding like ordinary steel plates)
Wide range of application
High cost performance

Application:
Metallurgical Industry: mainly used in sintering and ironmaking, bin liner, charging car, throat, distributor and base, hopper, pipe, pump shell, crusher parts, slag chute, fan, vibrating screen, etc;
Cement industry: impact plate, pipeline, pump shell, mill lining, crusher parts, slag chute, various chassis, vibrating screen, etc.
Electric power industry: ash discharge pipe, bin, fan blade, burner pipeline, lining of conveying tank and hopper, crusher parts, pulverizer parts, air treatment system and conveyor.
Coal industry: mainly used for coal washing, mining and mineral transportation, truck cargo tank lining, bin lining, conveying tank lining, crusher department, cover plate, wear rod and wear plate.
